Real estate agent definition: 1huis Makelaars bv registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Arnhem under number 64712982

1) The Estate Agent declares in accordance with the conditions below that it will try to realize mediation in residential accommodation as indicated as desirable by the home seeker.

2) Home seekers are only recognized by the Estate Agent if they are registered as home seekers with the Estate Agent.

3) The registration fee must be paid by iDeal or cash.

4) The registration fee is a one-off amount of € 20,-. The registration is valid for a period of 1 year.

5) If the home seeker does not show up for a viewing appointment without giving reasons in time, the registration will be automatically terminated.

6) The home seeker must inform the Estate Agent the next working day after viewing the home or room whether he/she accepts the accommodation. Viewing and/or acceptance by the prospective tenant does not guarantee acceptance by the landlord.

7) In the event of a successful mediation, unless otherwise indicated, a home seeker will be charged an amount equal to the costs mentioned for the accommodation on this website, excluding 21% VAT. This amount must be paid within 24 hours after signing the rental contract.

8) The estate agent is not liable for the way in which a landlord, after signing the contract, fulfills his obligations as a landlord. The tenant must always contact the landlord or his manager directly.
